BIOGRAPHY
Mohammad Fahrurrozi did his undergraduate program in Chemical Engineering UGM in 1989. He joined the department in 1990 as lecturer candidate (assistant lecturer). Between 1991 till 1997, he went to Louisiana State University (LSU) to pursue master and doctorate program. His study in LSU was supported by World Bank XXI project scholarship (Government of Indonesia) and then by Research Assistantship from Dr. John R. Collier’s laboratory. His PhD research topic was concerning with reaction injection molding and structural reaction injection molding. He continued his employment as faculty member in the Chemical Engineering Department UGM after earning his PhD degree in 1997. Since then, Dr. Fahrurrozi has involved in various industrial project ranging from trouble shooting type projects as well as basic design development for separation and pollution control processes. He has also been part of research team related to biopolymer processes and conversion.
