Maulana Gilar has joined as the faculty member in the Chemical Engineering Department since 2016. He received his bachelor and master degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Currently, Maulana Gilar is pursuing his PhD in Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. His main teaching interest focuses on physical modelling in chemical engineering. He is also active as a member of chemical product technology and system engineering research group. Together with his research group, he works on developing mathematical models to enhance the fundamental analysis in chemical engineering phenomenon and innovation in technology through process simulation.
