About the Program
The Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada, in collaboration with the ASEAN University Network, proudly presents the GREENS Summer Course and AUN Summer Camp Program 2025.
Following the success of the UGM-AUN Summer Camp Program 2024 and the WAFERS Summer Course held in 2018, 2021, and 2022, this year’s program brings a new and timely theme: "Global Resilience for Environmental and Natural Sustainability."
This summer course offers students a valuable opportunity to learn from leading experts from Indonesia, across ASEAN, and around the world. In addition to engaging lectures, the program includes a variety of field activities, community service projects, cultural experiences, and collaborative group work.
Learning Outcomes
- Students should be able to explain the basic concept of resilience in different disciplines and its application in environmental management, natural resources, and sustainable infrastructure.
- Students should be able to identify global challenges related to sustainability and design innovative solutions that can be applied in various disciplines to support the achievement of SDGs.
- Students should be able to work collaboratively across disciplines to design, evaluate, and implement resilient and sustainable strategies in the face of environmental and social change.
