BIOGRAPHY
Mukmin Sapto Pamungkas is a lecturer who just joined in January 2021. His bachelor’s and master’s degrees were received from Chemical Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada, with natural food coloring research. His research interests are not only limited to natural food colorant but also natural fabric dyes. The research results of natural dyes are currently downstream to be applied in several remote areas in Indonesia through the INDI LPPT UGM Interdisciplinary Research Group. He is also active in community service activities and develops the cultivation of natural dye-producing plants around Wonosari and Candimulyo Magelang and optimizes thinning waste in Kampung Laut Cilacap. The concept carried out uses zero waste system management to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 program to achieve sustainable natural resources and the environment.
